Cancel your booking at least 24 hours before departure and receive a complete refund. No fees, no questions asked.

Cancel within 24 hours of departure but at least 3 hours in advance to receive an 80% refund of your total booking amount.

Cancellations made within 3 hours of departure are non-refundable. We recommend cancelling as early as possible.

Email us at refunds@travelandtransit.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.

Confirmation within 1 business day

You will receive an email confirmation within 1 business day acknowledging receipt and confirming the next steps.

Refund processed within 48 hours

We aim to process all refund requests within 48 hours of approval.

Amount appears in 3–4 business days

Once processed, allow 3–4 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

Can I cancel my booking and get a full refund?+
Yes, you can receive a 100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the departure time.
What happens if I cancel within 24 hours of departure?+
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are subject to an 80% refund, as long as you cancel at least 3 hours before departure.
Will I get a refund if I cancel within 3 hours of departure?+
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 3 hours of the departure time are not eligible for any refund.
How do I request a refund?+
Send an email to refunds@travelandtransit.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day.
How long does it take to process my refund?+
