How do I book a transfer or tour?+
Fill in the booking form on the relevant page. Choose your pickup location, destination, date and vehicle, enter your contact details and confirm your booking via the payment page. You'll receive a confirmation by email.
Can I also book by phone or email?+

How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For busy periods such as public holidays or major events, we advise booking earlier.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?+
Yes. After booking you'll receive a confirmation email with all your reservation details. The day before your trip you'll receive a travel reminder, and on the day itself your driver will contact you 30 minutes before departure.
Are your prices all-inclusive?+
Yes, our prices are all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal.
What is your cancellation policy?+
You can cancel or modify your booking by contacting our customer service team. Please refer to our full cancellation policy via the link in the footer.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We monitor all flight statuses in real time. After your flight lands, your driver will wait up to 1 hour free of charge. For any additional waiting time, a fee of €5 per 15 minutes applies, payable to the driver in cash or by card.
Can I be picked up inside the arrivals hall at Schiphol?+
Yes. For an additional €15 your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign and will assist with your luggage to the vehicle.
Is my airport transfer booking guaranteed?+
Absolutely. Unlike ride-hailing apps, we never cancel confirmed bookings. Once your transfer is booked, you're guaranteed a driver — no surprises on the day of travel.
What vehicles do you have available?+
We offer sedans, SUVs and vans for groups of up to 16 passengers. When booking you can filter by number of passengers and suitcases.
Are your drivers certified?+
Yes, all our drivers are fully licensed, certified and have undergone a thorough background check.
Do you also travel to Belgium and Germany?+
Yes, we provide transfers to and from Belgium and Germany, in addition to rides throughout the Netherlands.
What is the difference between a transfer and a private day tour?+
A transfer takes you from A to B. A private day tour guides you through multiple highlights in one day, with a dedicated driver and a flexible itinerary.
Can I request a custom tour?+
Yes, we're happy to put together a personalised tour based on your wishes. Contact us for the options.
